We're launching a new weekly sessions, run by Joga Shala, to help busy founders recharge and step back from the distractions of modern life. Join our free ashtanga yoga session for beginners and advanced practitioners. Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic system of asanas (yoga positions) and vinyasas (motion combining asanas with breathing). During the session we mainly strengthen and intensively cleanse our bodies.
Remember to bring your own yoga mat!
