Wed 26 October 2016, 18:00 – 20:00 CEST
We are kicking-off with the new format on Campus: 'Brainfeast', a real delicacy for the busy entrepreneurs who want to get a glimpse of the most cutting-edge technological trends: Blockchain, VR, IoT, Fintech and many more: join us for the first feast.
Building 'Google for the Web 3.0' on the Ethereum blockchain.
Technologies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum enabled alternative models for economic coordination on the Internet. The underlying invention of the blockchain is laying foundations for the The Economic Web (or the Web 3.0) and allows us to reimagine existing online applications as open, transparent protocols. But what would it take to turn Google or Facebook into open protocols for content discovery? How would that change the existing business models for media on the Web? At Userfeeds.io we've been fascinated about this question. Can we transform Google in the same way Bitcoin transformed money? Today, we believe the answer is yes. We've developed an economic and technical architecture for content discovery applications running on blockchain based networks. So in the future you'll be able to create your own Google or Facebook just like you can create a YouTube channel or a FB's fan page today. Please join us at our Campus Warsaw event to learn more about the project.
