We’re excited to launch the new version of our Time Out for Parents: Children with Additional Needs course in January 2026.
Licensed Children with Additional Needs Facilitators are invited to complete online training to familiarise themselves with the new course. This training will guide you through the topics and activities, giving you confidence as you begin using the new course.
The training includes:
- Online individual learning on the Care for the Family Learning Hub
- A live group session with our trainers on Zoom
You will have two weeks to complete the Learning Hub before attending the Zoom session.
Training schedule:
- Learning Hub: Monday 24 November – Monday 8 December 2025
- Zoom group session: Tuesday 9 December 2025, 7.00pm-9.30pm
The training is free of charge.
As part of the training you’ll receive a PDF copy of the new Facilitator Manual.
Attending this training will renew your Children with Additional Needs Facilitator licence for 12 months.
Please note: the Children on the autism spectrum and Children with ADHD courses remain unchanged.
