The Yard is Hereford’s answer to boxpark, nestled behind The Bookshop and Burger Shop in Aubrey Street. Turn up, sit down and choose from Burger Shop, Leaven Pizza, The Bookshop, or our latest chef residency. all through a seamless ordering QR at the table.

How do I pay what I feel on the night?

We want everyone to be able to connect with their inner Viking, but could appreciate the offerings of generous Vikings to  support the museum service.  We recommend £10 per person but appreciate all donations both mighty and small. Donations can be made in cash or through The Yard's card system.

Is the Quiz just about Viking history?

Jarls and Karls who know their Viking history will fair well, but wit and skill of many kinds will be rewarded.

How do I book a group?

Either book the team together as one booking here or  book individually and join your team on the night.

Can I come alone and join a group

Solo adventurers will be able to form a rogue war band.
