Can we overcome rhetoric and address the tensions of workplace wellbeing?
Seminar Content:
This webinar will pose several questions - such as:
Are you a wellbeing donkey? Or is your work becoming more of a health burden? In the webinar we will explore what is wellbeing, can it be measured and better understood? What research is taking place to fully understand workload pressures and how these effect our mental, and physical wellbeing? Case studies and research will be used to discuss the rhetoric and the tensions of a modern world where workload tensions can build up to create the rhetoric of self-care and work-life balance.
