Event description

Description

Can you design for the place you don't know? - The culture house in front of your nose and other projects.

muf is an internationally recognised practice, whose work is a collaboration between art and architecture. Projects range from urban design schemes to small-scale temporary interventions via landscapes and buildings – a continual dialogue between detail and strategy with an approach is open-ended, process driven and experimental.

Join co-founder of muf architecture / art, Liza Fior, as she discusses some of the practice’s recent and current projects including, The Culture House in front of your nose in Sweden.

This keynote talk is part of the Architecture Centre’s Urban Room project which this year focuses on diversity in placemaking. Muf have responded to the theme of ‘women and placemaking’ in the Architecture Centre’s gallery space (4 July to 16 September 2018).
