This autumn, Buzzing Skipton, a community arts and planting project, will bring five overlooked green spaces in Skipton to life with native, pollinator-friendly planting, sculpture, storytelling, photography and more.
Join us for this autumnal workshop, where you will improve your photography skills and learn about some of the species along the way.
The workshop will start in Skipton Canal Basin and then meander via the Canal Boat planters to Skipton Woods.
The workshop will run in 2 slots, 11-12:30 then 13.00 to 14.30 on 19th October
- Groups will comprise of 10 people - so we have 20 places in total
- The walk takes us from the canal basins to Skipton Woods where we will stop along the way to identify and photograph the wildlife we see.
- The workshop will be led by Photographer Jessica Jenyns and wildlife gardener Chris Hulme.
- Bring: warm clothes, waterproofs, phones/cameras, sturdy shoes, snacks/drinks
