JOIN US FOR A 5K RUN AROUND CANARY WHARF
Running on your own can feel tough to stick with. But when you run with other women, it’s different — you feel supported, motivated, and part of something bigger.
That’s why we meet every Saturday morning at 10:00 AM outside My MM, Wood Wharf for a friendly 5K. It’s not about pace or performance, it’s about showing up, moving your body, and enjoying the run together.
You’ll be guided by Ilona — a qualified personal trainer and plant-based nutrition coach (@yourvegantrainer), who’s passionate about helping women build confidence with movement. She’ll make sure the pace feels good for everyone and that no one is left behind.
Our route takes us along the Thames, past the canals, and through Canary Wharf’s skyline — always starting and finishing back in Wood Wharf.

- 10:00 – 10:05 AM – Quick debrief + introduction
- 10:05 – 10:10 AM – Warm-up led by Ilona
- 10:10 AM – Set off for the run

- Duration: up to 45 minutes (including warm-up + cool down)
- Pace: Comfortable for all levels, set by Ilona
- Route: A gentle 5K riverside run with plenty of chances to chat and laugh along the way

- All levels welcome — beginners included
- Ilona will make sure the pace feels good for everyone
- If there’s heavy rain, the run will be cancelled + rescheduled for the following Saturday
