Continuing the theme of meaning at work, we will explore what holds real meaning for you and how to enhance that meaning to create a happy and productive work environment. We will also examine researched evidence from the field of psychology, which translates into practical, low cost ways to enhance meaning, happiness and wellbeing for your workforce, with your own action plan. Finally, case studies to take away show the very real benefits of adding these value added initiatives, to your management approach.

Fiona has been researching engagement, positive psychology and meaning in the workplace since 1999 and is working with Prof. Rayner on bringing these topics into the business agenda.
