Candle-Lit Autumnal Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath
Cosy. Restorative. Intentional.

As the season turns, nature shows us how to let go – Leaves drop, and trees release what they no longer need. We get the same invitation: to pause, release the rush, and make space for what truly matters as we move towards the end of the year.

In this first of 3 cosy, candle-lit winter workshops we'll start with mindfulness and gentle breathwork before some autumnal reflection. We’ll then sink into a candle lit Yoga Nidra and crystal bowl sound bath. To end, we'll reflect, set intentions for the month ahead and leave feeling ready to take on October with calm and clarity.

This workshop is perfect for you if:

- You want to let go of stress & regulate your nervous system

- You’re new to meditation & want to try it (Yoga Nidra & sound keep the mind focused, so is perfect for anyone who thinks they ‘can’t meditate’

- You’re a regular meditator & want to deepen an existing meditation or mindfulness practice

- You want to focus your intentions and bring 2025 to a strong close

- You would like to start your month with a regulated nervous system and clam mind

You will need:

- A yoga mat or something comfy to sit or lay on

- A pillow to rest your head on

- A cosy blanket to keep warm

- Your journal, a note pad or paper & a pen

- Don’t forget your water bottle

About your teacher:

Victoria is qualified Meditation Teacher and certified Mental Health Advocate. She has over 400 hours of logged meditation which she uses to live harmoniously with her Generalise Anxiety Disorder and ADHD – Her moto to anyone who thinks they ‘can’t’ meditate is – ‘trust me, if I can slow MY brain down, so can YOU.’.

She combines traditional meditation techniques with a scientific approach - “Calming your mind and resting your body can drop stress chemistry and flood your nervous system with the good stuff… let’s chill together and get into peaceful MODES (melatonin, oxytocin, dopamine, endorphins, serotonin).

Melt into your bliss chemistry while she soothes you back home, to yourself.
