Candle Painting Workshop – House of Art x Seka Candles

On Wednesday, October 1st, House of Art is teaming up with Seka Candles to bring you a unique Candle Painting Workshop at the beautiful Firepit Gallery, Greenwich Peninsula in London.

The session will be guided by guest artist Curtis Donovan (House of Art), who will introduce you to creative techniques and encourage playful exploration of decorative colour and pattern.

The candles, crafted by Noku of Seka Candles, come in a variety of body-shaped moulds – each participant will choose their preferred shape when purchasing their ticket. Seka Candles is a wellness brand specialising in hand-poured aromatherapy candles and sculptural body candles. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to inspire healing, creativity, and self-connection, while adding warmth and elegance to your space.

This workshop is designed as a fun and relaxing experience, celebrating both creative freedom and body confidence. Beginners are welcome as always. This session will leave you with a bespoke, hand-painted candle and a renewed sense of creative energy.

All materials are included, and no prior experience is required – just bring yourself and an openness to play.

Tickets £25.00: Includes candle, paints, and all materials

Photography and Filming take place during workshops and gallery opening times. Please let us know if you do not want to be on film. All material captured is used for either our social media or future promotion.

Firepit is a unique space, we have a gallery of beautiful and relevant art, artist studio spaces and a community event space. We will hold the event on a large communal table, next to the windows. You are in the heart of the gallery here and are surrounded by inspirational art.
