Do I have a reserved seat?

Seating is unreserved and available on a first come, first served basis.

What time do the doors open?

Doors for the service will open 20 minutes before so do come along early, grab a seat, enjoy a mulled drink and soak up the atmosphere! Please note ticket holders have early access up until 6:55PM at which time walk-ins will be let in based on seat availability.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes absolutely, the event space is fully accessible and all are welcome.

Can I bring under 18s to this event?

Under 18s are welcome. However, if you are bringing children under 7, we recommend considering our Family Carols on 14 December, which may be a more suitable option.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Yes. If you’re unable to make it, please cancel your ticket on Eventbrite to allow others the chance to attend.
