Candlelight Vigil

Join Hampshire WI Members on 25 November to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and the begining of 16d ays of Activism with a candle lit vigil at the Cenotaph in Portsmouth.

We are supporting the WI campaign for No More Violence against Women and the 'Not in my Name Campaign' and welcome members of the public to join us to raise awareness, support and to share their experiences.

This event is free to attend but please register here on Eventbrite so that we know how many people to expect.

If you have a battery-operated candle or nightlight please bring it, but if not we will have some available for you.

No real candles please as we are not permitted to have any naked flames.
