Take a well-deserved pause this festive season as you join Tracey (Soundology) and Bekki (Adults Move Lincolnshire) for their annual magical evening of festive bliss. Christmas jumpers are actively encouraged!

🎄On arrival, you will be welcomed with an offering of festive tea as you settle into the space and soak up the festive atmosphere!

🎄We will begin with an affirmation card pull to set your festive intentions, followed by winter mindfulness and journaling activities designed to support you with embracing self-care practices throughout the seasonal celebrations.

🎄 Yuletide Yoga

Bekki will guide you through a mat based slow flow yoga sequence , designed to release and let go of the hustle and bustle of pre-christmas preparations and bring you back to a feeling of mindful presence.

🎄Festive Treats

We will take a 30 minute break as you are invited to connect with others and indulge in sweet treats, herbal tea, or hot chocolate.

🎄Magical Sound Waves

Tracey will then invite you to get cosy (complete with woolly festive socks!), for a magical sound bath and relax as you are immersed in soothing sound frequencies and vibrations of quartz crystalline singing bowls, surrounded by candle light and twinkly chimes.

There will also be a gift bag for you to take home!

No experience is needed for any of our offerings, just come as you are. Men and women are welcome.

EVENT TIMING

Doors will open 10 minutes before the start.

Doors will be locked PROMPT.

Late arrivals will not be admitted.

PARKING

Free car parking is available on Sundays at the end of Broad Street in Herring Lane pay and display car park - Postcode PE11 1TL.
