About this event
Some of the UK’s most successful businesses are charities. With no tangible product to sell, how do they attract, retain, and upgrade donors? Join Candy to learn about some of the insight, strategies, and tactics that charities use and how you can adapt these techniques to grow your business.
Candy is the Development Manager for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), supporting small businesses across East Anglia. She has worked extensively within the voluntary sector for charities including RNIB and Wood Green, managing marketing and communications. Candy is a big believer that businesses can benefit by adopting a ‘charity mindset’ in the way they market their business.
