Description

Capacity building and technical support for implementing integrated care Supported by the European Commission will take place on Monday, 1 April in session 1:A (9:00am – 10:30am) and session 2:A (11:00am – 12:30pm) in the 19th International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC19)

If you are a ‘demand-side’, ie a representative of a health authority with specific needs in how to implement integrated care, you should first familiarise yourself with the Rainbow Model and the Scirocco self-assessment tool. Please download the 2-slide resource and Scirocco domain descriptions as these will enable you to provide information on your potential support needs in the Registration Form. The questions in the Registration Form ask you to consider your support needs for each of the 12 domains and you will have 45 minutes to complete the registration process once you activate the link below.

If you represent the ‘supply-side’, ie an organisation or expert with knowledge and technical support to address needs in implementing integrated care, you should answer the questions included in the Registration Form indicating which of the domains you can provide support with to regions and organisations.

Printed copies of the 2-slide resource will be available for participants to complete during the session and these will be posted onto boards to inform the marketplace discussions during Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Wednesday.
