What is the Invent Cup?
We are pleased to present Capgemini Invent’s annual event, The Invent Cup; an outstanding opportunity to accelerate your management consulting career and find out more about the Graduate Accelerate programme at Invent. The event involves university students working in small teams on a Capgemini case study, competing against each other to win the prestigious Invent Cup and an exciting prize!
The session will be hosted by consultants from all levels at Capgemini Invent. They will provide you with a personal insight of their exciting project work for a range of clients across a variety of sectors, deliver a tailored skill session to boost your key consulting skills and provide an overview of the application process to the Accelerate Programme for January 2022.

How to get involved/process of signing up?
Step 1 - Attend a virtual skills session on September the 14th, 22nd or 27th from 18.00-19.15 through the Eventbrite link. It will be delivered by Capgemini Invent consultants who will teach you core consulting skills and set the context and activity for the first part of the case study. Students should expect to receive the case study at the end of September.
Step 2 - Work on the case study in your chosen/assigned team (3-5 people) and submit your response to the Capgemini Invent team by the 29th October. The teams with the best responses will then progress to the 2nd round of the competition – Finals day.
Step 3 - Shortlisted teams are invited to compete during finals day on the 19th November 2021 where part 2 of the case study is introduced for students to work on before presenting their solution back to senior leadership at Capgemini Invent.
Step 4 - A winning team is announced and an exciting prize is awarded to the winners

How to apply?
If you are a recent graduate, in your final year of University or a master’s student we would love to connect with you as part of this event. To express your interest in the Invent Cup, sign up on Debut or Eventbrite prior to the event and ensure you leave your email address to receive confirmation of your place and further information. Spaces are limited so be quick!
Please make sure you sign up with your personal email address, and not a work or university email just in case you lose access to those accounts in the near future.
