Capital Allowances - FREE EVENT
Tue 21 March 2017, 12:30 – 14:30 GMT
Join us for a session with Cavetta Consulting on Capital Allowances.
Capital allowances are claimable on a properties fixtures and fittings. However it is estimated that over 70% of commercial properties have not had a claim prepared.
Clients who own or lease commercial property claim claim the first a 100% tax deduction for the first £200,000 of qualifying expenditure which (when fully utilised) gives your clients a real cash saving of between £40,000 and £80,000.
Claiming capital allowances for property is often seen as a very niche area of tax. We are pleased to introduce Alan Cadden and Lois Stirling who will be able to provide some details of how your clients can benefit from this tax relief. In particular the seminar will cover:
- Types of capital allowances applicable to commercial property
- Value and benefits for clients
- Commercial property transactions (including the new rules)
- 12.30pm registration & refreshments
- 1.00pm welcome from Cavetta Consulting & Level Training
- 1.15pm presentation by Cavetta Consulting
- 2.15pm Q&A
- 2.30pm close
