Capital One - Employee Engagement
Date and time
Description
In collaboration with Capital One, the East Midlands HR Network are hosting an exciting morning focusing on employee engagement, introducing you to different approaches presented by members of the HR Network!
The event will include a presentation by Capital One on their approach to employee engagement, plus four mini workshops to look at other successful engagement programmes which have had excellent results.
About the event
Most organisations have recognised the value in boosting employee engagement and have implemented effective programmes with positive effect. Engagement however isn't a one off activity and can dip drastically alongside a variety of issues including changes in the economy, political landscape or company restructure. Previously successful techniques can cease to generate the return needed and organisations will have to go back to the drawing board.
Keeping abreast of different methods, learning from others about what went well or what horribly failed will help ensure HR practitioners have the knowledge and ideas required to successfully revitalise an engagement strategy.
