Car Free Day

Newcastle Upon Tyne is celebrating World Car Free Day.

On the 22nd of September there will be a host of free activities, giveaways and events across the city.

At the Civic Centre there will be:

• Free Coffee and Cake at the Civic Centre if you go car free that day.
• Free guided wellbeing walks and bike rides
• Free bike repair and bike maintenance workshops.

Win a range of prizes by signing the Pledge including:

• Funded Popcard for metro travel by Nexus,
• 1 week's unlimited bus travel by Stagecoach,
• And to top it off, you could win a free bike!
