Join us for a special walkthrough of Carbon, Carbon Everywhere show with Alice Sharp, founder and artistic director of the arts and science organisation Invisible Dust. Together with several participating artists, we will explore the exhibition’s themes of transformation, connection, and the shifting states of carbon – an element that links bodies, environments, and timescales.
From sculpture and painting to video and installation, the exhibition brings together twelve international artists Emii Alrai, Kate Daudy & Konstantin Novoselov, Susan Eyre, Simon Faithfull, Ania Mokrzycka, Nissa Nishikawa, Mariele Neudecker, Anousha Payne, Aimée Parrott, Lucia Pizzani, Lizi Sanchez, and Meng Zhou, whose works reflect on carbon’s role in our world.
This event is an opportunity to experience the exhibition through conversation and exchange, with insights into the artists’ practices, the wider ecological contexts, and how art can help us reimagine our relationship with the environment.
