Led by Alison Fletcher, MR Clinical Lead at University Hospitals Dorset, this course is designed for radiographers either starting out or already specialising in CMR. It blends essential theory with hands-on practice using Corsmed’s virtual MRI simulator.
- Day 1 covers cardiac anatomy, CMR physics, scan planning, and non-ischaemic cardiomyopathy.
- Day 2 explores more advanced topics, including congenital heart disease, tissue characterisation, stress CMR, and pericardial imaging.
