Cardiff Bus to March for Europe

Cardiff for Europe are supporting group members and pro-European camapaigners to attend the March for Europe in London on Saturday March 25th by organising transport. It's a great way to get to the March - and spend a day with other local pro-Europe campaigners.

The bus will leave the following points at the following times. Please arrive in plenty of time as we cannot wait for late arrivals or we might miss the March!

Central Cardiff - location tbc: 6.45am

Coryton - exact pick-up point to follow: 7.00am

Magor Services - exact pick-up point to follow: 7.20am

We will be leaving London at approximately 5pm and estimate that we will be returning between 9 and 10pm.

The bus will cost £24 per person, plus a booking fee to Eventbrite of £2.08 (this is beynd our control)..

Unfortunately, we can’t offer any concessions and if you only want to travel one way the price is still £24 as we can’t offer your seat elsewhere.

As the bus is run by volunteers, we have some 'terms and conditions'. By signing up, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. The coach requires a minimum number of travellers to be viable. If we do not reach this number the coach will not go ahead and we will refund payments received. We will confirm this by midday on Wednesday 22nd March. The deadline for booking is MIDDAY ON TUESDAY 21st MARCH. If the bus cannot go ahead, we will refund the £24 fee - but unfortunately we cannot refund the Eventbrite fee.

2. Excluding point 1, payments are NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. The coach organisers (Cardiff for Europe volunteers) will not be able to transfer places between individuals. If you miss the appointed departure time we will not be able to hold the coach or refund your payment.

3. The transport organisers (Cardiff for Europe volunteers) are not the event (March) organisers - they are arranging transport to facilitate a Cardiff for Europe presence at the March. If for any reason the event changes or in the unlikely event that it is cancelled, the transport organisers cannot be held responsible. Once the coach company has been paid payment is nonrefundable so Cardiff for Europe will NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND PAYMENTS MADE IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE EVENT.
