Join us on Thursday 12 September at 7.00pm for a great chance to hear ROS Ambassador and former 'Bake Off' contestant, Val Stones, share three of her bone-friendly recipes and her experience of having osteoporosis and of being a contestant in 'Bake Off'. You will have the chance to watch a video made by Val, followed by an appearance in person to answer your questions.
This is a Wales wide event so please encourage your friends and family to attend. All donations to the ROS for this event are very welcome - you can do this as you book your ticket on Eventbrite.

Our meetings take place on MS Teams and you will get a better experience if you download the MS Teams app and we suggest you do this in advance.
