Cardiomyopathy & ICD/CRT Devices Support Group

Hosted by Specialist Cardiomyopathy UK Nurse Jayne Partridge, this session is for anyone with a diagnosis of cardiomyopathy and an ICD (implanted cardioverter defibrillator) or CRT (cardiac resynchronisation therapy) device, or anyone who has been advised to have an ICD or CRT implanted. Loved ones of those with/advised to have an ICD/CRT device implanted are also welcome.

Hosted by specialist nurse Jayne this support group is an opportunity to meet with other people.

The session will take place using Teams - a link and password will be sent to you via email closer to the day of the event.
