Cardiomyopathy & Medication Online Support Group

Why not join us for this online support group discussing the various medications used to treat cardiomyopathy?

Hosted by Cardiomyopathy UK specialist Nurse Jayne Partridge, this session is for anyone with a diagnosis of cardiomyopathy, as well as their loved ones.

Nurse Jayne will host a session focused on medications, as a general discussion and a great opporutnity to meet the community.

The session will take place using Teams - a link and password will be sent to you on or near to the meeting date.
