  • Attendees to gain a clear understanding of the differences in process, criteria and approach that the Care Act 2014 brings
  • Attendees to understand the concept of wellbeing and its role in the care and support system
  • Attendees to gain awareness of the Care Act duties around: information and advice, prevent, reduce and delay, independent advocacy and assessment and eligibility determination.
