Care for Christian Workers – An Introduction to Member Care

Are you new to member care? Unsure if it applies to you—or not even sure what it is? Then this session is for you.

Join us for a practical introduction to the vital role of member care—supporting the wellbeing of Christian workers in mission and ministry. Together, we’ll explore three key questions:

What is member care?
Why is it important?
How does it work in practice?

We’ll hear from three members of the Member Care and Third Culture Kid Forum core group, and may even have a guest sharing how member care made a difference in their journey—stay tuned!

There will be a short Q&A at the end of the session. For those wanting to continue the conversation, we’re hosting an online coffee break on Wednesday 10th July at 10:00am, where you’ll have more time to ask questions and share ideas.

Who is it for?
This session is open to anyone involved in caring for Christian workers—whether you're new to member care or have years of experience. HR staff, mission workers, leaders of churches or organisations—you're all welcome.
