This is nothing formal, there will be a presentation and this can be emailed out afterwards and then an opportunity to ask questions and seek some degree of clarity, from a peer group, or perhaps just realise I’m not the only one in that situation or with that problem.

All member for the Care Quality team will attend so we should be able to answer most questions as we have ex registered managers and ex regionals and national quality directors on the team.
