Following from last year's successful conference we are building on our theme of partnership, looking at ways in which Health & Social Care Commissioners and Providers are working better together.

We have brought the conference into Bristol's new stadium at Ashton Gate to give better accessibility and better facilities

This conference will give you an excellent opportunity to quiz the various speakers on how your care organisation can be in the forefront of health and social care join up and manage your services to achieve high CQC ratings. Make sure you get your place at this Conference as soon as you can.

“My Home Life is a national initiative promoting quality in care homes. They are currently supporting community involvement in care homes, working in 6 local projects across the UK. In Bristol, My Home Life working with Alive and Student Hubs. The presentation will hear from Tom Owen, Co-Director of My Home Life on the key learning on best practice in community engagement followed by brief summaries of the work being delivered by Alive and Student Hubs”.
