Introducing Project Management Principles and Practice. (PG/Finalist)
This workshop will discuss some of the main headings in project management theory. Led by a senior project manager, you will part of actual project planning through interactive cases. You will have your say about how to tailor your project plan, and implement the plan, apply critical thinking, and get to know different schools of project management.
Dr Mahmoud Elsaboni
A professional project manager who successfully led project teams managing overseas construction projects that exceeded billions of pounds. He brings over thirty years of experience in his field.
