Exploring resilience at work - 24th September 2025
This has become a hot topic with even more of a focus during the global pandemic. However, too often, there is an association between resilience and being bullet proof, suggesting a 'failure' if we are not 'resilient enough'.
Outcome
This workshop does not hold all the answers, nor does it claim to have a magic solution to finding and keeping resilience, but it helps you consider the reasons why it's important, and how you can start to frame your own approach to it. It would explore personal resilience, team resilience and resilience as a leader, and encourage conversation around each area.

Finding your voice as a new leader: developing confidence and self-esteem - 19th Nov 2025
In this workshop delegates are invited to explore how knowing their values, strengths and purpose can help them connect with their new role as a leader, and how to find out what they are.
We look at how we might inadvertently downplay the importance of our voices, and what strategies delegates can try to find a way to get their voice in the room with confidence.

Making brave choices - 11th Feb 2026
It's a riff on a classic question, but it's a great one - what would you do EVEN IF you might fail?
For anyone who's wished they were a little bolder, braver or more adventurous in their life (whatever that looks like for you), this Quiet the Hive masterclass explores what gets in the way of stepping out of our comfort zone, how you can get comfortable with being uncomfortable, and gives you time to explore what steps you are going to take towards releasing your inner bravery.
Prework - none
Facilitator
Jane Galloway is Founder and Director of Quiet the Hive, working to help women identify a life they love and arm them with the toolkit and confidence to go get it.
Through her work as an award winning coach, speaker and facilitator, she helps women to play bigger, make brave choices and step into their potential so that they live a life they love with a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Jane is a lover of costume jewellery, a recovering runner, thinks that chocolate and peanut butter absolutely go together, a stationery addict and would always rather be by the sea (preferably bobbing). She is a Mum to two hilarious boys and lives near a wood in Surrey.
