OUR SPEAKER

Tony Lyddon, Member of Career Connect Committee, Director of Frere Lyddon Associates Ltd.

Tony spent over 20 years of his career using psychometrics and other tools in talent selection and management in the defence sector and then the supply chain. Tony now runs his own micro-business supplying a wide range of these tools to businesses and consultancies on an “as and when needed” basis.

Tony is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has an EPA/BPS European Test User Certificate (Level 2) in Work and Organisational Assessment.
