T﻿he CIPD Branch in Wessex is one of the largest CIPD branches in the country with a growing membership base of over 5,000 members across South of Hampshire, parts of Wiltshire and Dorset. Specifically we cover five regions and host events in each: Andover & Salisbury, Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.We aim to support, inform and inspire everyone who has an interest in people management and development in the Wessex area. We offer a topical programme of events throughout the year designed to meet the needs of all our members. Speaker's bioNatalie is the Co-Founder of Talent Included, a specialist talent and career consultancy supporting organisations with inclusive hiring solutions and HR professionals with career growth. With nearly 20 years’ experience in professional staffing, she has built her career partnering with organisations to hire across HR and Talent functions, from emerging specialists through to senior leadership. She has delivered high-impact recruitment solutions for organisations undergoing growth and transformation, combining pace, quality, and inclusive hiring. Her expertise lies in understanding what great HR and Talent professionals look like and how to position them effectively in an evolving job market.
