A selection of presentations to help and guide existing HR professionals and those wishing to enter the profession demonstrating possible options open to those wishing for or advancing through a career in Human Resources.

There will be two local HR professionals with personal career testaments. There will also be insights into using the Profession Map as a tool to guide HR practitioners through their careers and upgrading journeys, particularly at a time when the world of work is changing even more from linear to portfolio careers. Finally, there will be a session from Janet Dowling on resilience.

Andrea Moffatt - The Learning Interventions Company Ltd Andrea is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, an experienced Membership Upgrade Assessor and Experience Assessment Assessor who sat on the Membership & Education Committee, working on the current qualifications, the development of the Profession Map, and the CPD Working Group. She will bring her insights into using the Profession Map as a tool to guide HR practitioners through their careers and upgrading journeys, particularly at a time when the world of work is changing even more from linear to portfolio careers.

Andrew Gibbons has been self-employed as a Management Developer for over 28 years. His focus is entirely around creating learning that gets applied with measurable impact. Find out more at his website.
