Alexis Wilkie has 13 years of experience in digital marketing recruitment, helping people build careers across SEO, paid media, content, social media, digital PR, sales, client services, analytics and programmatic roles.

He has worked with agencies such as Croud, Harvest Digital, KINESSO and brands including Boden, Pentland Brands and Betway. Alexis has helped hundreds of people navigate career transitions, focusing on practical steps, market awareness and actionable advice.

He now leads recruitment at Herd Digital, supporting agencies and brands across the UK, and is passionate about helping connect people and progress their careers.
