Who is this event for?
Multitrack started in 2019 with a mission to create greater access into the audio industry for people from under-represented communities.
To date our focus has been on entry level support. This event is to expand the frame and see what solutions might exist for supporting career development at mid-level and beyond.
You might work for a broadcaster or an independent company, you could be a freelance producer or sound engineer, a manager or production manager. The only requirement is that you are keen to share ideas for a brighter audio industry.
We especially welcome former volunteers and alumni from Multitrack and other organisations actively working for positive change.
