How to survive your drive and avoid burnout in yourself and others
We all strive for the highest standards and often feel driven to over-achieve. How do we spot the pattern of exhaustion in ourselves and employees? What can we do to prevent/manage it and how can we recover our resilience when we do overdo it? The panel has unique expertise and experience writing and advising at the highest levels on this topical dilemma.

He has a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Leeds and is an alumnus of IMD (Switzerland) and the Center for Creative Leadership (Colorado).

Dr Anna Katharina Schaffner is a Reader in Comparative Literature and Medical Humanities at the University of Kent.
