Have you been thinking about starting a career in Edible Horticulture? But unsure about where to begin? This course is for you.

Paul Jennings will be leading this course sharing the practical skills needed to have a successful career in Edible Horticulture. Paul has worked within the Edible Horticulture Sector for over thirty years. And has a great deal of experience setting up and working on Vegetable box schemes and Community Supported Agriculture.

Whilst the emphasis of the course is on practical skills, there will be an opportunity to hear about the background to and get some guidance on, the most common marketing models in horticulture as it relates to local food systems, in particular Community Supported Agriculture.

To give the best idea of the diversity of this sector, the course will take place at a number of different venues, highlighting the best local examples of edible horticulture and introducing participants to some of the most experienced local practitioners.
