Event description

Description

How can money be better leveraged to produce social good? Impact investing refers to investments made into organisations, projects, and ideas with the intention to catalyse a positive social and/or environmental impact alongside a financial return. In this workshop with impact-investment professional Amanda Feldman, we will explore what "social impact" means and how we can measure it in a way that gives it equal status among other bottom lines. Amanda will talk us through current trends and innovations in the field of impact management as well as what it's like to embark on a career in this field.
