Research shows that foster carers are at high risk of burnout, secondary trauma and compassion fatigue. So, HFCC is organising monthly wellbeing sessions to help carers relax and unwind.

You don't need experience or to bring anything with you. Please turn up early, as the door will shut once the session has started.

Attendance counts towards training. Please discuss how the session went with your SSW.
