Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before Sept. 1 2019, in order to be eligible for a 50 % refund. No refunds will be processed if cancellation is received after Sept. 1, 2019. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Refunds for registration payments made by credit card via registration website will be processed within five business days of cancellation made online.
