The Cariad Collection is an up and coming wellbeing brand.
It combines creativity with relaxation treatments and hypnotherapy mindfulness.
The event at Thermomix, Newport ,
5-6pm is designed to showcase the range of experiences Cariad workshops will offer.
The event will offer participants the chance to experience hand reflexology , watercolour Christmas craft, a Thermomix demonstration and a mindful hypnotherapy session online.
It will end with a feedback session and gift bags to take your new found calm home ✨🌿
