Description

This workshop is the third in our series concerning Advance Care Planning for End of Life Care. Lunch is provided at 13:00 and the first session begins at 13:30.

Designed for clinicians in all work settings (primary, acute, secondary, community and social care) who are interested in ethical issues and rights of patients and families.
