Carers are strong, resilient, and central to Sikh family and community wellbeing. This friendly online discussion is a chance to share your experiences, connect with others, and learn about the support available. Your voice matters in shaping support that works for you and your loved ones.
What to expect
- Share stories with other Sikhs providing seva (selfless care) to loved ones
- Talk about the challenges and strengths of being a carer
- Discuss what support would be most useful for you
- Learn from others in a respectful and supportive space
Who should attend?
