Caring for an Adult Client's Wounded 'Inner Child'

I find inner child work so powerful and I am sharing what I've learned and resources I've built from years of working with survivors of childhood trauma.

The session will include:

Looking at exploring and connecting with a client's inner child in a safe and healing way;

Experiential exercises and discussions;

Letter writing and creative techniques;

Resources and interventions to take away.

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and supervisor with a wealth of experience working with childhood trauma.

There is free parking available near to the venue and a flat access option.
