Her workshop - 'Tapping Away Stress and Overwhelm'
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by all the things that need to be done? Feelings of stress and overwhelm tend to accumulate in the body-mind, making already stressful circumstances feel even worse. Feeling that there is never enough time can really tip you into overwhelm, a state where you simply cant get anything at all done. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! In this workshop Anne will help you learn how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, often known as Tapping) to release pent-up stress to lighten our inner load so that our outer load feels lighter and much more manageable. Working as a group we will go through a tapping session together and at the end I will send out a script that you can use to continue tapping at home.
We hope you can join us and we have some bursaries for subsidised places for those who would need support to attend.
