No, guests and visitors are welcome to come along to their first meeting free of charge to meet new faces and get a feel for the group. If you like our fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere, you can choose to become a member or join us on a pay-as-you-go basis. Get in touch for more information!

We meet in Carlisle, Cumbria on a weekly basis every Wednesday morning. Currently, our venue is at Lakeland Gate Brewers Fayre (CA1 2WF) just off of Warwick Road. The location is easily accessible, close to Junction 43 of the M6 with free parking available on-site.

Will there be food or drink available?

Every new guest gets a free refillable hot drink upon arrival. You can also choose to pay for a continental or cooked breakfast if you fancy. We politely request that you DO NOT bring your own drinks as this is against the venue's policy. Thank you for your cooperation!
