Inequality is a growing issue in society and in our city. Carlisle experiences a range of inequitable social issues, many of which stem from poverty.

If you too are concerned about issues of inequality in Carlisle then come along to join this new group to discuss what we might do in our own small way to improve the situation.

There is no agenda for this event, it is an open discussion.

The event is organised by Kaz Stuart from the Univerity of Cumbria and Adrienne Gill from Carlisle One World Centre. We hope, if there is enough interest, to establish a Carlisle Equality Group, as part of the Equality Trust Network.
