We’d like to invite Carlisle and district residents to an event to discuss community resilience during emergencies and beyond. We’d like to hear about your experiences of how communities come together in these situations and to find out what support you may need to do so in future. We’d also like to understand how we can plan ahead to work with you when your community needs support. Please note, this event concerns resilience and community planning rather than lobbying around specific flood issues and is focussed on discussing what the community can do for itself during an event
